Hi, a quick hello to everyone on the forum.

After 5 long years I am back on a bike! I used to ride MX as a kid before making the transition to roadbikes when I was 16, Had a couple of SV650s and GSXR's before hanging up my leathers to buy a house and start a family etc. The itch was returning so I took the plunge and went for the CBR600. I only got the chance to use it a handful of times before the good weather came to an end, it feels amazing to be back on 2-wheels and part of the community again.

Pic attached. For those of you that are interested, no 17 of 100 official UK Nastro Azzuro Rossi reps with a few tasteful enhancements:

Titanium Akrapovic pipe (if anyone has any tips on how I can remove a small dent please shout)
Harris rear-sets
Tinted screen
HEL brake lines
Since these photos were taken, Renthal grips and a Competion Werks tail tidy with LED indicators plus a seat cowl.

I look forward to joining the conversation...

That's a nice one!
They were quite cheap a few years ago but then the prices went up a bit.
I considered one like that myself, but was not sure about the cost of replacement fairings (assuming a crash). Bought a black one instead.
Enjoy. smile

That is seriously good looking!

Sounds like a nice couple of upgrades bar the LED indicators. I'm like BN I like stock bikes
