I think it is worse than a fryup. I had a cooked bacon and egg breakfast everyday as kid (I think it had a huge bearing on how I turned out). A cooked breakfast with basic ingredients is full of what a body needs. Pizza rarely is.I wouldn't cook it especially because I wouldn't do that for myself.
As long as she's not eating exclusively pizza, it's no worse than a fry up once a week!
