Something is happening when I make lists of names in an email, say eg 6 one below the others. After I send the email some of the names move from being under each other, to one after each other on one line (example 2).

My director thinks I am typing this way on purpose and thinks I am an idiot, so please need an explanation.

We are on a 2019 version

Thank you

How are you making the list of names ?

Are you typing them in , or copying from somewhere else

and are they just names or are they email addresses

Also ..

What text format is your email in ? . ( HTML/Plain Text/Rich Text ) If you change the format .. does the problem still occur

Thanks for the reply. It's in HTML.

I just typed them in manually and then clicked return for a new line each time. I took a screenshot the second time and it clearly shows I had them all under each other, but on the sent email it was like my example 2 above.

Are they names in the body or email addresses in the "to" field ?
