Anyone done a 1.4tdi cambelt?

My partner had a 2014 polo 1.4 tdi bluemotion. I thought I'd hate it but actually think it's a fantastic little car.
But the cambelt has not been done. She will be working in Jersey for a couple of weeks leaving the car with me. So if it's reasonable I can DIY it.
So has anyone done one? If so it it worth me doing it or am I best off leaving it to a professional? I've done cambelts before. And I'd have all the time in the world. The only tools I'd need are the specialist ones... But I don't want to take on a job if it's a secret nightmare. She earns far more than me so can afford to pay for it to be done if that's the case.
If you have done one any tips and tricks? Anything to watch out for?
