Plasti dip Mk7 golf R emblem

Hi guys can’t find a black surround for my emblem for love nor money. Cars getting the full blacked out treatment, badges already installed and all the bits on the grill, splitter etc all already de-chromed. Only prob is the surround around the actual emblem. Can this be plasti dipped if I took the whole grill out. Any one done? Is it long lasting?

Plastidip is the work of the devil. Find somewhere local who wraps cars - it'll take them 15 minutes to wrap a badge and it'll look and last loads better than plastidip.
