VWFS PCH Return - Excess Mileage Charge

A simple question and in the right sub-forum I hope...
My second lease car through VWFS was inspected and collected by BCA today, my wife was present as I am at work.
No mention on the inspection report was made of the excess mileage (~6k) and no cost was applied for it in the inspection report (total came to £91).
Is this something that VWFS will apply later or should the inspector have applied this?
My wife doesn't seem to think the mileage at collection was recorded anywhere on the collection report. If not, I won't have any evidence of this. :|
