What three words word database

I think I heard there are 49,000 individual words that make up the what three words database. Is there anywhere these can be found? I couldn't find a list on the website or even a hook asking me to pay them money to find the list out.
There is a good reason for this, not just for knowing the location of www///had.your.mum (which can be easily edited in paint from a screenshot anyway)........more along the lines of I wondered if I could get a location to sell from relevant to a product, e.g. www///goats.cheese.here if that location has extra value as the what three word address (which I presume is all fixed in stone now) reflects a relevant business that could be put on that site. But what I don't want to find is the closest I could get is www///goats.knees.steer or www///stoats.cheese.beer so I could do with the list of words to reduce down to target the available opportunities.
