Self will writing services?

Hello all,

Just wonder of there are any recommendations for will writing, where you can do it yourself, as the circumstances are fairly straightforward?

I’ve heard a few horror stories of self written wills. It might be worth getting a quote from a local solicitor as it’ll only be circa £200

Recently used a company and it was seamless.

Struggling to think why you’d do it yourself unless you have total clarify and knowledge of all loopholes to maximise to your estates advantage.

Just add that Will Aid is currently available where solicitors fees are waived for a suggested charity donation of £100 for writing a basic single will.
So get a solicitor written Will and help out a charity to boot.
Will Aid only happens once a year and it just so happens it's this month, check out the website below to book up with a participating solicitor:

Just to add, if be very specific with charities.

The mum of a pal, specified air ambulance, a not inconsiderable sum too. He's watching money disappear as solicitors for various air ambulance trusts fight for their share.

She'd be distressed if she'd any inkling this was going to happen.

This.

We thought ours were easy. My partner and I wanted mirror wills leaving to each other, otherwise to the kids.

My solicitor threw in a few points I hadn't thought of, like what if you and your kids died in an accident? You need to consider the what if's.
