Aum 1m8t ko4 swap

Hey everyone, I have an AUM 1.8t golf mk4 and I want to do a k04 conversion to it. I'm planning on buying a BAM 225 engine and taking the following parts off it...

.exhaust manifold
.turbo + feed and drain lines
.injectors, fuel rail and regulator
.MAF housing

I'm also getting a front mount intercooler with 3 inch piping and already have a 3inch downpipe and full cat back exhaust from long life.

Is there anything else I would need to make this set up work? Are the intake manifold and throttle bodies the same between the two engines?

The fuel pump should be ok for the KO4 up to about 250 bhp I would have thought.

If your sticking a ko4 i think your be looking at 300bhp plus its no point doing it then Ko3s can get you to 230 spending all that money you want 300bhp plus

It's making 230 now and I'm used to it, just want to make it more fun and everything I need is £300 off a mate of mine ready to go just need the tune

300 pounds is a bargain i priced it up at about 1500 pounds

You will notice the difference but get a good map, I had a revo on ko3s and it was as good as my KO4 with a generic map, decent map you will get a good 260/ 280 on KO4. My Tt has a front mount welly cooler and it made a decent difference.
