Yellow Cerb (German plate) just south of Frankfurt

Anybody on here ?
Was on the way back to Frankfurt (back road from Darmstadt) yesterday and ended up a few cars back from a 'buttercup' yellow Cerb on German / Swiss ? (certainly not UK) plates .
It parked up in a small town just south of Frankfurt but unfortunately I didnt see the occupants.
Its the only Cerb I have seen whilst working in Frankfurt (in fact only the 3rd Tiv).
