Buying Lupron Deport (with prescription)

Does anyone know where I might be able to buy Lupron Depot 3.75 mg to treat Endometriosis?

I am British, my wife is American and we live in New York. The prices here are eye-watering, even with insurance.
Our insurance company are being dicks and denying the claim even with a doctor's prescription.
Thinking it might be cheaper to buy from the UK but not sure where to go.

Any and all ideas welcome.

Private prescription from a doctor in the UK would be the best bet. Obviously that would either involve a trip to the Uk or finding a dodgy doctor happy to prescribe it and send it to the US

UK list price is about £75 but then add on any fees by a doctor & pharmacy.
