Problem with M5 purchase

i bought a 2013 BMW M5 from .The car had numerous major faults. The pedestrian collision warning light was on and the alloys were fake chinese alloys and not BMW alloys as you would expect or a presented by the BMW badge on them . wont fix the problems or accept the rejection of the car even thou the car was sold like this, ie With major faults, not as described and not fit for purpose. I wish i didnt buy a car from

What are the MAJOR faults?

How do you know the wheels are not OEM?

Was this post just to try and shame the dealer? PH are pretty hot on making sure that doesn't happen.
