We have a child's car sit in the car for 3.5 year old and its left big indentations in the seat that aren't coming out, I did put a protector thing under it I got off Amazon that was supposed to stop this but didn't work. Not a lot I can do on my current car but I have a new one turning up few weeks time and I want to stop it happening again, can anyone recommend a seat protector to put under a child's car seat that works and stops the indentations ?

cheers

MDF here, cut to fit the seat.

An enhancement is to have a piece of material (we have a folded towel) under the MDF.

A piece of 10mm plywood with corners & edges rounded off?
Forgot to mention I also had a folded towel under the plywood.
In my current Seat Leon I am just using the folded towel. After 6 months there is no damage to car rear seat.

I've got a pair of those cheap rubber car mats that I put under each kids seat in the back, seems to work well.
