Rubber Floor Mats M2C
Discussion
I would personally opt for a set of genuine BMW rubber mats.
I have found Cotswold BMW are usually very competitive and will deliver. They advertise on eBay as well as various forums. No association, but have bought a few bits over the years and always received good service.
Id expect a set of genuine mats from them to be £60 - £75? I am about to order a set (front & rear) for my F31 and they list them on eBay for £59.

I've standardised on Nicoman (http://nicoman.co.uk) mats for my cars over winter - was skeptical at first but I'm officially converted. Really nice quality product, and looks a bit better than solid rubber mats imo. They sell on eBay, not cheap, but not any more expensive than OEM mats in my experience and the fit is at a solid good-for-an-aftermarket-mat level.
Unless you’re looking to pressure wash them, I suggest the carpet mats are easier. Let them dry and then vacuum. Mud tends to stick to rubber.
Then there’s what happens if you park outside in winter. The water that the mats retain freezes. Might help you he’ll and toe techniques. Might not.
