Ideas for a car change up

If you would indulge me I’m having itchy feet and feel like I need a change.

Current fleet:
BMW 135i coupe worth about 7k - new purchase and enjoying very much.
Mercedes cl500 w215 worth about 3k
Lexus Rx400h worth about 3k
Lexus is250 worth about 3k

I’ve got say 5k to add

What would you do in my position? Thinking of getting rid of 2 or 3.

ETA I don’t have a garage so everything lives outside. Kinda ruins the classic idea. Oh and Ulez compliant as I have to get into zone 2 for work by car.

135i as a fun car.

RX400h as a do-it-all daily if you need the hybrid-ness of it, otherwise sell it. I suspect that the ULEZ bks justifies keeping it around.

Sell the other two.

Spend the resulting £6-14k on whatever you want. I'd buy a garage and start building a GT40 replica myself.

Thanks. Unfortunately buying a garage with scope for electricity around north London ain’t viable financially.

OP are you asking for new car recos or just what to do with your current lot?

As above, keep the 135i and sell the rest. Need more information if your after another wagon.

To be honest that’s what I’ve been thinking about doing.

Only issue being I like the other three, just a bit bored with them. And the Merc is something I lu posted after for years.

In that case, IS250 is first to go for me. No need for 2 Lexi (?), keep the hybrid practical one

I'd firstly get rid of the Lexus is250 which doesn't seem to have much purpose in your fleet then consider the Mercedes cl500 but I'd be more inclined to keep that dependant on what else your looking to buy?

Kind of made my mind up today to sell all but the 135i and get an s4 avant as the practical car.

Having 4 cars is too much upkeep and messing around. My target was 7 but I think that’s not gonna happen unless I win the lottery.

You see the n+1 formula was my ideal and I never really wanted to sell any more cars.

Currently the is250 is used for commuting as is the bmw on nice days. RX and CL currently off road as Rex had the cat nicked and I’m almost finished fixing that and the cl I need to do the serpentine belt and anything that might fall apart as a result. I love both cars and don’t really want to get rid (just spent 2k on mot for merc and it was a bit of a dream car).

Problem I have is I have to commute into north circ so ulez will be an issue although currently all r are exempt and I have to pay for parking at my office which will increase if I put the merc on as it’s rather large engined.

I also have a preference for cars built prior to say 2012 as I think they have much more character and can be had cheap if you’re willing to do a bit of spannering.

Oh decisions decisions...my deepest failing.

Oh, and chop and change tax/insurance or keep the, all on the road and swallow the rather large bill a London postcode?

I'd sell them all and get one car which covers all bases, something like a 2011 BMW 535i. It's silky smooth six cylinder petrol, big boot, nice interior with good performance whilst still being reasonably economical. Probably a better handling car than the S4.

Alternatively, something more head turning and less familiar on the roads such as a 2010 Alpha 159 Sportwagon? Possibly not as big a boot but it's a lovely looking car with decent performance and leaves you with a lot of change (could even keep one of your current fleet):
