Projector Lift/Drop

Thinking about fitting a lifter. Solid concrete ceiling is 263 cm high so I have max 63 cm to play with if I want a 2 meter headroom.
Projector is a lightweight Epsom 5400.
Internet prices seem vary from 100+ to a lot!
Any product recommendations or good advice to offer about fitting?

Seems like a well-made piece of kit although given I haven't run any power into the new house (still under construction) so haven't operated it yet! Very low profile so fits nicely into my ceiling void between the TGIs (only needs height of projector + 3cm) and has a 30cm drop. Comes with a wall-mounted switch to raise / lower. This was just under £500, which is a lot cheaper than most of the other lift mechanisms I could find that would fit inside my ceiling.

Future Automation are the go to brand for this kind of stuff but they are more expensive than your budget.

Might be worth looking on ebay etc to see if any crop up second hand?
