That lovely Bugatti/Ferrari/Lambo/Aston/whatever or would you visit a couch-builder in Italy and buy yourself a modern take on a Stratos (for example). Maybe you'd go down that classic car route and buy that Bugatti Royale you've always dreamt about - or than would you visit [someone like] Gas Monkey Garage (other places are available it's just GMG seems to be the highest profile) and get something customised to your tastes?

I think i'd be tempted to buy a brand new MX5, ship it over to Flyin Miata in the US, and get them to do their 525bhp 6.2L V8 conversion on it.

Probably throw as much money as required at my rare Evo 6 to get it looking perfect then pay to take my Z06 somewhere abroad where I can hit some roads in nice weather.

My answer is the same as it is every time these threads pop up. First buy and daily driver would be a 1978 2-door Range Rover in Tuscan blue. The only modern comfort would be the addition of a Bluetooth receiver for the tape-deck.

For me it would probably be a trip to Munich Legends to pick up a couple to start the collection.

I hear they have a nice M1, which might look nice in the garage, and maybe a Z3M for daily driving.

Maybe a nice Landcruiser 80 series, for the crap roads round here, used to have one of them and would love another one. Would have it nicely sorted for some proper off road use.

Living in Ireland I would have to limit the large engines to older (30+ years) cars as the road tax is prohibitive, even if I had one the millions I would still begrudge paying €1800 (pre 08) or probably €2300 (post 2008) per year, per car, it soon adds up.

First things first though, would have to find the right house with garage and large garden/green houses for the wife to tend, and then maybe a small warehouse for the collection (this would hide them from the missus, what she doesn't know etc...)

I'd be quite happy to upgrade my Jeep to a Trackhawk, keep my MX5 and probably buy an Ariel Nomad, just for the hell of it.

911 Turbo as my everyday fast car, some sort of Range Rover/Bentley Bentayga/Lambo Urus as the car to take the kids out and a Golf GTI when I want to be anonymous.

Then I want the best, most original MK1 Fiat Uno Turbo available preferably in green with red turbo letters down the side. Money no object, I want it to be concours. Probably never going to drive it, just want it as it the car I have most fond memories of.

My FIRST car related port of call would almost certainly be Kindig designs for a project of some flavour or another. After that the car world would be your oyster but I'd imagine that thhat initialvisit knowing that you can buy anything you want that would be quite something.

I'd get my Yaris T-Sport rebuilt from the ground up, The first purchase would probably be a MR2 Roadster TF300 and from there I'd probably go for the GT86 and Yaris GRMN and more than likely end up with a Mk5 Supra. And maybe look into classic cars like a Mk1 Celica or AE86 Corolla...There seems to be a common theme here

Mines a 79, it won't be a daily driver though. I've wanted one for a long time. Should be ready by end of January! I'm also going for the Tuscan Blue.

I'd go to the porsche dealer down the road and do 2 things:
1) place an order from a brand new 911 turbo s built to my exact spec
2) buy the best Carrera 4 they have to tide me over until my turbo s arrives

Then I would have a massive lunch to celebrate and find somewhere safe to store my porsche until the purchase of my new house with massive garage is complete (not sure I'd leave a Porsche on by unheated driveway)

Then is go to auto trader and buy a blobeye Impreza STI, just cos I also need a 4 door
