I'm moving home but want to keep my current deal with Plusnet at the original home so need a second account at the new home.
I've done this before with Plusnet and they did a good deal but this time it has taken me at least 15 phone calls of at least half an hour each to finally get through. Also no deals.
The new home is set up with Virgin Media for the current tenant's so I could go with them. Basic package is 27 a month rising to 42 a month after a year. Fek me!
What are they like if you say you want to leave after a year?

Pretty simple.
You call customer service. In a cool calm and collected voice you tell them you want to leave. Nothing else. Repeat if necessary.
You will be put through to the UK and an English speaking operative will discuss it with you. However to must verbally tell them you want to leave and thats the job done.
You will get a email confirming cancellation.
Maybe later you will receive a call from retention department who may or may not offer you an acceptable deal.
