Cordless car vacuum

Son in law lives in central London and is a car nut, I'm thinking a decent car vacuum might be a good Xmas present, but don't want to spend silly money. The last one I used was pretty pathetic so hoping someone might be able to recommend one for @£40.

the black and decker ones are pretty good, the one with a flexi hose is handy for the car.
