Porting a phone number to cloud - SKY

Started my business from home and have outgrown it, now have an office and need a telecoms solution.

Has anyone successfully ported a number from Sky, to the cloud?

My home landline has been advertised as our number for the last 10 years, and I forward all calls to my mobile now as we have no home phone. That works out expensive and means the mobile is always ringing.

Hoping to port the number and take control of our calls, and have an auto attendant, timed answer phones etc

Not from sky but from a traditional BT landline to a VoIP hosted cloud service

Did it about 10 years ago when we moved premises , worked really well and means I can use the number anywhere in the world with an internet conection
