First time out last night for Focused Events evening sesh. Only the Indy circuit but all I can say is Wow! For £59, it was the best hard earned that I have ever spent. Well orgnaised throughout and very professional. I went out with the novice group which proved to be slightly quicker than what I would class as novice. I had the slight fear of 'brand new bike, brand new track, kitty litter' but after the first session and the tyres were warm for the second, the sliders started to take some sever abuse around all right handers. Could not for the life of me touch down the left knee at Graham Hill bend. Psychological? Who cares anyway. Flying into Clearways after Straightlining out of Surtees aiming for the marshall's hut I found myself with enough composure to take a wide outside line to run around the packs of slower riders. Paddock Hill was fantastic with suspension compressing at the bottom, it felt like the bike was being pushed up through me! Druids was just as entertaining. I have only experienced Cadwell and Donington before but will no doubt be returning to master Brands Indy in the near future.

Good lad

I couldn't get the left knee down there either

It's great when you can do all of clearways just skimming the deck though isn't it

Great pics

Ben mate, Clearways was better than Redgate at Donington!! Just keep in third out of Surtees and tip the bike in and surf it round!! Shame I couldn't take my titanium sliders on track. Lovely grinding sounds from the Dainese standard pucks. Knee down through Paddock has to be in my top three all time bike experiences.

Ben LeBeau, my hat is taken off for you mate. Brands Indy minitwins lap record!!

I was timed (wristwatch) at 1min 1sec and I was held up a bit by a small pack and was braking way to early for paddock (probably a good thing first time out).
