Cooking classes - London and the South

I'm looking for recommendations for cooking classes/ cookery schools, preferably in the South or London, but could travel further afield if it sounds particularly good.

I've recently completed a couple of cooking classes at Limewood and Chewton Glen, any other suggestions?

It's definitely in the "further afield" category. But can throughly recommend Ashburton Cookery School in Devon. I did a 2 day course there 2 yrs ago and then went on to do the Diploma in Culinary arts last year.
