Well almost...

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2019...

Yes it has been well used, and needs a de-stickering but seems honest and is even under a Thorney warranty til the new year...

Not particularly in the market so not been monitoring prices but this seems like a pretty major milestone in pricing. They sure surely cannot go lower?!!

Who is going to take a punt on this without a warranty.... And do those who have 50k go for high risk cars like this.

Someone who could be stretched into a £50k R8 who is always going to have that subconscious reminder that it's not a proper supercar suddenly has a full fat option available. Man maths dictates initial purchase price can overide any nonsense about maintainance considerations...

There was a thread for the same car last week. They've knocked more money off it.

The brake discs look knackered.

Buying a £50k car that is or was a £200k car is not recommended for people with only £50k !!!!!!

Go back to your BMW dealer and get a more reliable family car that you won’t bh about when it needs attention......

Really? Can you imagine a 458 or Aventador for sale at £50k?

Running costs included, I still think this is a bargain. At a £4k warranty onto it, and it's similar pricing to a top spec hot hatch

There's no crap RHD 458's for sale with over 25k miles let alone over 70k miles!

I wouldn't go near it but fully understand why someone would see that as great value. Keep it under warranty with Thorney & you've got yourself a cheap supercar I suppose.

It's more the fact the dealer isn't willing to carry out obvious maintenance. What else aren't they spending money on?

Rather than further discounting the car if they spent a little money tidying it up they might have sold it.

Thorney Warranty is only £3k a year, looks a bargain from a good outfit. I see the appeal of a car like this, buy a cheap one that has depreciated heavily then use it as much as I like without considering the milage. Question is, how much to spend getting it good. I bought an R8 for £35k but spent £10k getting it perfect - could have bought a better one or even a V10 for that nearly

Big 'if' would be if I had an indi like that with a warranty offering very close to my house. I CBA traveling for hours to take my car in, far too much hassle. The place I use for my R8 is about 40 mins away and that is too far.

How much would you need to budget to keep the 12C in good fettle on top of that warranty cost? R8 is £1k-£3k a year roughly.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this went to one of the Supercar driving experience companies to drive around various tracks.

They must’ve bought that in at mid 40’s.

Absolute bargain.

Of course it’ll need stuff done, cosmetics, detailing and no doubt some consumables but what a great time you’d have getting that up to standard.

Next thread will be the 40k mcLaren!

Perhaps O/T but 570s's seem to be holding at £90k for the cheapest ones?

I googled the larini exhaust on these as was curious what it sounded like. The only hit came back as a YouTube vid featuring this very car. It's fair to say those 70k miles are not exclusively on the motorway!

Better to find a private sale 570 s for which trade price is c £67k.

Those number plates on the 12C nicely sum up the whole car.
