End of lease question, MOT etc
Discussion
Hi all,
Apologies as I'm sure this has been asked previously, can't find any thread though.
My current VWFS lease ends in march 2020, car will be 3 years old at that point, and due MOT and service.
Main dealer has offered to do both for £199 which is decent - however, would I be correct in thinking that any charges relating to MOT I would also be responsible for? I'm sure that would be the case, which would make an early termination more appealing, even with having to stump up 50% of remaining payments.
Thanks as always for any help.

Our golf gti just went back 10 days prior to MOT. It wasn’t worth dragging it out IMO. A comment was made on the leaking front shocks on a service a few months prior. I’m pretty sure this is an MOT failure and something i would have to pay for.
Exactly the sort of thing i would be dreading coming up on the MOT! Will send back early, thanks for reply...Gassing Station | Car Buying | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
