Hi, I have just relocated to Norfolk and I have Snetterton about 10 miles away, any good guys, never been.

I am used to Combe, Caldwell and Mallory.

Think may have to do some sprocket changes since last 7 trackdays has been mallory

Sprocket change needed looking at the straight
It’s geared well for Mallory currently

Back to back days and 10 miles away

Awesome

Owph... You'll miss cadwell vs snett. I love that place in the 4 times I've been

Snett is OK. Bit flat, fast but does the job of giving you the kicks you need before slogging another few weeks of work

I personally don't mind snett but would travel further to ride more physical tracks... But that's just my personal view

Depends what you ride to a point. I enjoy it, I ride a CB500 so the straights become a bit dull but there are some decent corners, if you're riding a slower bike like mine you have to be a bit more assertive on the overtakes or run through the pits to create space otherwise you will just get stuck behind straight line heros every lap as they burn past on the straights and then park it on the apex.

getting the Bombhole/Coram/Murrays right I find a good challenge.

It's no Cadwell but a decent track.

Static noise test man can be a little on the strict side too.

It’s just a triumph 650 Daytona which has had a tune so only about 120ish BHP but feels quite nice on track

Got a Brembo RCS MC, some Pirelli SC2s, rear shock, set up with tyre warmers and fibre glass body.

It’s fun around mallory, will give Snetterton a try

I like Snetterton. It's a bit flat and featureless, but it's got some good ballsy corners that you can go into way faster than you first think. The left at the end of the back straight is a cracking corner for going into hard on the brakes and banging down the gears cranked over. Great track for racing on too as there's loads of good places to have a dive at someone
I had a couple of good results there this year, so it'll always be one of my favourite tracks
Shame it's flipping miles away for me

I always find it Red Flag Central. There's more than one way to a fast lap, and the long straights exacerbate this. The number of incidents you see at Snetterton between a slow bike and fast rider catching someone who has battered down the straights and is bolt upright in the corner... but then I'm usually in the lower group and YMMV

I'm in Wymondham, so only about 10 mins away. I love Snetterton, fast and technical in places. Best of all, I can leave work at 4, and be in the garage with the bike on warmers by half past...
