Seiko Repair for a 15 year old watch

Could anyone advise where I should be looking to send my 15 year old Seiko Arctura for repair?
It’s recently started to lose time, over the span of 3 to 4 hours it’ll be an hour slow. It’s probably not worth a lot financially but it was a 21st birthday present, so means a lot to me.

Should I be sending to Seiko? Or is there a high street repair centre as part of a nationwide jewellers? I’m in Norfolk for any independent repair centre suggestions.
