Samsung TV - record 2 programmes

My Samsung TV has 2 satellite tuners but only seems to allow recording of one thing at a time - won’t even allow you to open the channel guide whilst it’s recording. Anyone seen similar?

Just in case this turns up in any future search for someone with the same problem, here’s the solution from Samsung which seems to work:

1. From TV on, press the Settings button.
2. Move the cursor to Broadcasting and press the enter button.
3. Move the cursor to Auto Tuning Settings and press the enter button.
4. Select Auto tuning and press the enter button.
5. Select Start and press the enter button
6. Keep the cursor on Aerial or Dish and press the enter button.
7. Select Freesat and press the enter button.
8. Move the cursor to Aerial connection type and press the enter button.
9. Move the cursor to Dual and press the enter button.
10. Select Scan and press the enter button again.
11. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the auto tuning.
12. After the retuning, press the Exit button to go back to your Freesat channels.
