Mmm Nice! I went there when I was about 8 and have never forgotten it. Superb location, only slightly marred by the Canadians all over the place.

Great pics. Apart from the fact that this one has just destroyed the picture of the place in my head - I most certainly did not expect there to be high rise buildings just down the road. Would that be the American or Canadian side?

That's on the American side. Those falls are called the "American" falls, and as every Canadian will tell you, are "piss poor compared to the Canadian horseshoe falls"

I've a few shots from up the tower that show the high rise better, I'll post them up tonight.

I must admit number one is my favourite. I think comparing this to number 2 the inclusion of the tourist boat gives a good impression of the size and power of the falls which you do not get from number 2.
