Small 5 door hatch - automatic
Discussion
Morning all
My wife is looking to change her 2013 polo from manual to an automatic car.
She likes to keep her cars and has had the existing one for 6 years but we are only changing because she can no longer use a manual so we aren’t fussed about the 3 years and then sell.
Car must be a small 5 door, relatively sporty, new.
We test drove a polo gti yesterday and have a good deal ready to go but its a 5 month wait. Any other suggestions?
Thanks all.

Until i read the word sport I was already to suggest a Hyundai i10.... given you like the Polo and want something sporty how about the Seat Ibiza or Fiesta Ecoboost ST Line thingy
Thank you. Fiesta is a no unfortunately (that would be my go to) but I had an ST and she didn’t like it.Just took a look at the seat and the only offering is a 1.0 in the auto which I’m not keen on. Thank you for your suggestions.
i10 is out. When we go to Spain we always get one and it is just too cheap inside.

I'm not sure how it works with VW but did the dealer make any effort to find one, or is wife adding options that make it a factory order? When we got wife's Tiguan (towards the end of the mk1) some places were talking 12-16 weeks. I used CarWow and next to nearest dealer got the exact model / options / colour in 8 days.

We have now ordered the car so can lock this up. Thanks all.
