KIA Rio locking wheel nuts

Hi folks, new to the forum here.
Does anyone know what kind of locking nut this is and best way to remove? The locking nut key has been lost.

Is this a troll? That isn't a security nut. It's a nut. The tiny clue is the lack of holes in it. It may be a cap over the actual nut in which case it will lever off with a screwdriver.

Possibly a cap. I've seen similar on a Golf I think. Had a tool like big tweezers to slip down past the cap and clip onto it from the bottom to pull it off.

Thanks for the reply. Is that the locking nut under the cap? If so this is the part I'm unsure how to get off.
