She's well cared for but now a luxurious Sunday and occasional car only. Last year saw around 1100 miles. Keith and his team at Dialynx looks after her very very well, especially with the recent engine "rebuild" work with chains and tensioners.

Worried about what extended periods of time laying dormant in a cold but watertight garage could do to an 11 year car. Typically running her around once a month, 2-3 hours, 100ish miles...

Any advice gratefully received...

My Tvr spends most of its life in the garage, I don’t carry out any special measures but if it has not been used much in a month I will run it up to full operating temperature.
I do keep it on a battery maintainer though.

Having spent a kings ransom getting the engine fixed, you only run it once a month!!

Hardly sounds worth all the hassle.

Thanks for the comments. You're right I need to use it more. Had a blast yesterday in the winter sun, running down through rural Wiltshire, box in "S", rev needle right of 12 o'clock, Milltek popping, V-power fumes on the overrun...mpg display...best not look...

You do need to use it more, sitting in a garage waiting to get used doesn't do a car any favours. I use mine as a daily driver and just enjoy it.
