Coolant question

Hi all,

My 98 ZX6R is going to have a few bits done on Saturday. One of the jobs on the list is to flush and change the coolant. In summer I noticed the bike getting very warm and I'm not sure what's in it at present. The mechanics asked me what coolant I want to use.

Do you have any recommendations for ready mixed coolant that will be good for winter and (mainly) hot summer riding?
