i just bought a 2gb sandisk extreme II CF card from ebay for less than £100. don't buy a microdrive

Hmmm, I've got one of those. Think I bought it from 7dayshop from memory. Never use it. It's crap, corrupts files, is slow, just a bit of a nightmare really. It now lives in my camera bag in case I'm *really* desperate, but most of the time I prefer to stop shooting and go home than risk using it.

Well that's them buried in the bottom of the 'things in my camera bag that I never use' and top of the list of 'What accessory you should not buy'.

No wonder they are sooo cheap!
