As title, anyone have a recipe for cooking them in an oven?
I was going to wrap in tin foil and cook for an hour at 180c, is this too long?

I always gently simmer mine in a big pan of water for a couple of hours, glaze, then half an hour in a hot (200C) oven.

In the water put a couple of onions, garlic cloves, fennel seeds, a few cloves, stick of cinnamon, szechuan pepper corns.
