These guys have really got something here. I have never known a magazine react so quickly to input from readers. The first issue was superb with a few minor niggles, which they've already addressed in the 2nd.

Fantastic effort.

...and what a beautiful iris blue 993 they chose for the pictures...

In all seriousness, i read through the other 993 article yesterday (the GT1 homage) and can't wait to get home tonight and read more. Finally, a magazine that goes into depth and is clearly written by people as enthusiastic as us!

The photography is just absolutely mind blowing. The pictures of the 996TT S in Wales are incredible.

I look forward to reading it ... though since I live/work in that well known 911 desert, the City of London, quite where I'll get one ...

I wasn't totally convinced by the first issue, but will certainly take a look at the second.

Actually I see a lovely Arena Red 993 turbo parked in a building just off Moorgate almost every day. Often accompanied by a (not quite so lovely but still nice) Cayenne.

Hmm, still not in either of the two WHS in Liverpool Street station, or the indie newsagent on Liverpool St. I shall have to order it off the web which just seems so wrong for a magazine.

Edited to say: except the website is offering the first edition ...

Dan,

issue 2 isn't on sale until tomorrow (9th June) but subscribers receive their copies 2 or 3 days before it hits the shelves.

If there is a persistent problem locating a newsagent in your area that stocks Total 911 then we need to know about it so that our distributor can address this.

Hope you find one soon!

I shall look again tomorrow. Certainly neither of the 2 WHSmiths in Liverpool St station had issue 1. Nor did any other newsagent in the area (though I don't guarantee I checked EVERY one). I did have an exchange with Rob (?) at 9publishing about this and shared my experience (with a v satisfactory outcome, thank you).

However, I do feel that Liverpool St/the City has to be a pretty key target market for a magazine like this, so I'm pretty surprised they don't/didn't have it.

Will update tomorrow.

Dan

Also slightly surprised that you can't order off the website a day or two in advance, maybe this is a tactic to encourage subscribers.

none of the WHS at train station s stock. They are a separate entity (thy're called WHS Travel) to high WHS. We were unable to get them to carry the magazine - it wasn't for lack of trying!

He did indeed have it. And what a pleasant walk in the sun it was too ...

Thanks for that.
