Bmw 425d Gran Coupe

[Robert-unrt2]

Hi,
Does anyone know if BMW ever sold in the uk a 2016 425d? (there was a 2014 425d).

I’ve just been reading on Honest John car reviews that in May 2016, the 425d was introduced with a new engine;

‘The BMW 425d Coupe, BMW 425d Convertible and BMW 425d Gran Coupe with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology develop 165 kW/224 hp and peak torque of 450 Nm. 0-62 for the coupe is 6.5 (auto 6.1); convertible 7.1 (auto 6.7); Gran Coupe 6.7 (auto 6.3).’

May be the 2016 425d went to other countries.

Thanks
Rob

Looking at the very few 2 door versions currently available, I presume it wasn’t a big seller in that form ?
