Any recommendations for TeleSales Training

Looking at sending some staff on a sales training course, predominantly for incoming sales calls (we don't do cold calls).
There's plenty of companies out there, but looking for recommendations. Ideally London based if poss, or certainly South East.
Don't want to do CBT courses, would prefer a classroom environment.

Mainly for general sales focus, they have some good trainers, always left feeling like myself and the team can achieve anything!

Thanks. Have checked them out - they're more management courses than sales ones though?

That's a very good point!

I'm sure they did some sales courses too! Maybe things have changed.

What are you trying to achieve? Could you not develop your own training?

I did one by Pareto (no affiliation) which was Holborn based. It wasn't particularly relevant to my own role, and i was sent by someone
else, but it was predominantly aimed at tele-sales environments and how to change a closed customer to an open customer. Worth a look
