"Grandpa" who cooks in this video passed away recently, FWIW.
His funeral and cremation (not for the squeamish) is on there - think it was last month.

Moving on I do butter chicken using the recipe below and find it to be pretty authentic with much less butter.
Its very similar to the grandpa kitchen one.

I prefer to put a bit more malt vinegar in mine and no sugar.

Narayana Reddy was his name, his family have taken over the channel now. Its an interesting story - I don't know how much they donate to charity but pretty sure with 6+ million subscribers they are doing pretty well out of it.

There is a similar guy on youtube who I think is still going and I think started a good while before grandpa kitchen, his son just happens to be a well known Indian film maker...
