Skoda fabia 1.2 2006 problem

Hey guys my skoda fabia mk1 has developed a strange sound from the engine and it is vibrating alot more than normal. It is louderr when accelearating and revving aswell sounds like a truck any ideas what it can be?

Its very loud and sounds unusal when you accelerate and drive almost like this vid below.

Engine is very shakey and tappy aswell. No loss in performance tho i'd say.
