Toyota Hilux Twincab - UK speed limit?

I will be coming over to the UK this week driving a Toyota Hilux, thanks to a completely incompetent bd mate who managed to crash my LR Discovery.

I saw a thread at the weekend on speeding which seemed to suggest that the maximum motorway speed limit for a twin-cab pickup is 60 mph rather than 70. Then followed a discussion over GVW (the pickup in question wasn't a Toyota, and I don't know the GVW of the Toyota anyway), and there seemed to be no conclusive answer.

I ddn't want to derail that thread, so can someone please confirm to me the correct maximum speed?

Hilux should be 2020kg unladen weight I believe. My MY 14 is and I thought the latest model was as well.

Thanks for that! Mine is also MY14. On the Toyota website here in Belgium it stated 2280kg. The papers I have with the car have a space for unladen weight, but it's not filled in.

Unfortunately it's very hard to find an unladen weight, as opposed to the GVW which is on a handy plate.

There's another complication in that there are a few ways of defining unladen weight (with/without fluids, fuel, driver etc) so any weight you find might not follow the same definition as the speed limit legislation's.
