EA888 2.0TSI inlet manifold
Discussion
Hello everybody.
Just wondering if anybody here had used an inlet manifold from any of the online retailers for the EA888 2.0TSI or 1.8TSI with any luck.
My Octavia VRS has a P2015 fault code and is in need of replacement but at nearly £300 for the manifold itself before labour I've been looking at aftermarket options at around the £100 mark.
Obviousl there's probably going to be a difference in quality but wanted to know if anybody had used them and been OK with them.
Thanks in advance

Not sure if this helps you any more but I've heard of people getting them shipped from the US. A quick look shows they are around $200 which is currently around £150. Add on VAT (you'll get that added when it comes through customs) and shipping and you might be looking at around £200 for the genuine latest part with complete fitting kit. Just don't forget to add that VAT when you make your calculations.
