E9x 335d front tyre question.

Afternoon,

I've got an E91 335d Touring and have recently fitted two rear PS4 ZPs (decided to keep the RFTs, different thread) and went up a profile on the rear for a bit of extra compliance. it's not a B road blaster of any sort, so I thought why not make it a bit more comfy, yet still use RFTs.

I've noticed that the PS4 ZP only comes in 225/45 fitment for the front, not 225/40. Has anyone gone up to a 225/45 on MV3 18s on the E9x? I'd like to use the same tyre so 225/45 is my option, providing it doesn't look like a monster truck.
