Presumably at some point the Police will organise a seagull amnesty, so that we can all hand in our illegally held ones...

I was once threatened on a drugs warrant by a guy with a biggish lizard. Not a euphemism, btw. Doing searches at addresses where people kept large spiders, insects or reptiles was always... “interesting”. Infinitely better than getting tasked to do the bins, with the ubiquitous crop of stty nappies to check through.

When I lived in sarf London, I used to sometimes take a shortcut through the gap between Peckham and Brixton.

Driving along one summers day, we spotted the local drug dealer stripped to the waist with the largest snake you have ever seen around his neck.
