My car is currently back with the dealer for a bonnet (stone chip) respray and Trident grill replacement (the chrome was badly fading), which was negotiated as part of the purchase.

They have had it for rather longer than I was expecting, and in return I've been having to put up with their "courtesy" car - a mighty 1 Series BMW! A miserable drive, and quite possibly the worst car I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with.

Needless to say, I'm doubting if I want to use this dealer for future service work, and would like to know what other Maserati dealers offer as courtesy cars.

Also, I wouldn't mind some feedback (email me if required) on main dealers to use for future service work - anyone with positive comments?

I seem to be hearing only bad things about a few of the dealers in the Surrey/Berkshire/Hampshire area - I will mention no names.

Cheers,
Michael

BMW 3 series/Merc and a Maser 4200 Demo Most covered by the Maserati warrenty rather than the dealer. Still have good words so far for JCT600 in leeds.

Maranellos gave me a brand spanking new S320Cdi for 2 weeks when my 3200 was in for 3 year service - even left it on loan to me whilst I went on holiday and couldn't get back to pick my car up!

The trick is to book early and ask for a list of available cars and pick one. Just be really nice to the receptionist!

had a well documented problem with my main dealer.
but in fairness this was resolved eventually and second time around I was handed a Crossfire.

Got to say it was good fun and I was content with the vehicle. above average all be it not a loan maser.

Well I've just been for a run in an Aero 8 and I'm sold.

Maserati up for grabs in the classifieds as a genuine bargain.

Got to get me an Aero!
