Best way of offering free returns for a small business?
Discussion
Hi Guys,
I was wandering how you would recommend offering free returns on damaged or faulty items? Currently the business is booking a delivery through Parcelhero and then sending the customer the label and getting to leave it at a designated drop off point. I was just wandering if there was a more efficient way of doing things?

Royal Mail - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-r...
You create a profile, then give customer the link to your own "create a label' page.
They then go on in their own time and create their own label.
Here is the ASOS page for example - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3...

I'm racking my brains for the answer, but I saw a guy on telly just before Xmas and he said that he ran a returns business.
His business was to enable customers to return stuff when they order three sizes of clothes, but only keep one, for instance.
With any luck, someone might have a better memory than me and remember more about it.
I think he used couriers to collect from customers.

Klarna is sort of what you mean but it’s based around the paying not the shipping. You pay 30 days later so can return 2 and pay for one. His business was to enable customers to return stuff when they order three sizes of clothes, but only keep one, for instance.

Lots of returns companies that send your own stock in resell able condition but it’s aimed at large volume.
My mate Tom (ex-MetaPack) started Clicksit to help small business manage their returns - have a look at this https://www.clicksit.com/
