Japanese Knotweed

Hi....looking for advice from Financial experts in relation to if problems still exist in getting a mortgage on a new build if this weed had been found ( only a very small sprig ) and then professionally removed with the warranty in place approx 2 years ago ( 3 subsequent visits from the professionals and no regrowth found ) Cheers

Should be fine if professionally treated like you say it was, mortgage company might want to see paperwork though.

As above, as long as warranty is in place then it should be OK. Lender/valuer will likely need to see the paperwork, potentially solicitors too.
