Has anyone replaced the heater matrix and if so what kind of a pain is it to do? Aftermarket ones any better than original?
Any upgrades for the motor? mine makes a lot of noise and dosent seem to do much. I seem to recall someone upgraded the heater but i might be wrong.

CBS - Car Builder Solutions - website has a number of decent units available.

The issue with the TVR install is poor quality sealing, jointing and construction of the airbox and system as a whole. Lack of fresh air input is the reason for most steaming up. The motor is a bit weak too.

Rebuilding the existing system is possible, attending to all the issues you come across. Might be quicker to swap the airbox out though for a three speed unit and then attend to the poor remaining ducting etc..

Either of the facebok wedge groups are good to be on,

I use just the wedge facebook group and message system, you don't have to go into facebook further if you don't want to.
