Stamp Duty

My daughter is wanting to move house looking at around £200;000
Last year I gave my 3 children a small terraced house that is rented out. (Value £75,000) So they all have a equal third share.

If she sells her main residence what are the implications of stamp duty. ( If this is payable should I consider suggesting giving her third share to the others in the short term therefore legally she doesn’t own another until she’s moved if that makes sense.

As it is her main home that is being sold and replaced with another main home, she should only have to pay the standard stamp duty of 2%
