153mph on new road at Aberdeen, what to expect next

Local paper has story about guy caught going way over the limit.

Haven’t seen anything on here but interested to know thoughts on two things
Likely Outcome for the guy
(Guessing Jail probably to set an example)
Likely outcome for the road
No speed cameras as yet fixed or average, the road south has installed average ones. There are frequent traffic cars & mobile camera units.
Lots of heresay, do they really to build a case for installing cameras (I was surprised they were not put in with new road)
The road is fantastic & very fast, great visibility & seems motorway spec but not a motorway if that makes sense. It’s probably very easy & comfortable to travel >100
I expected the locals would be calling for him to be strung up but there are some pretty amazing comments on the newspapers Facebook page!

Guess a lot of drivers with fast cars can drive that fast, not hard, just stick your foot down. Driving it safely is something else, and these speeds have no place on public roads, someone doing this I would guess it isnt a one off.

Living local I was surprised as well the bypass roads didnt have average cameras installed, the Dual road A92 & A90 from Aberdeen to Dundee has had them for a number of years now.
Even up town today, I see so many cars trying to negotiate roundabouts as fast as they can, seems to be an upward trend in Aberdeen lately.

The average speed cameras between Dundee and Stonehaven were unpopular, the bypass construction was getting enough bad press and ridicule without adding cameras. Or it could just be the cost? Just waiting for the comments "Well in Germany......................."

The speed is only half the story, there are loads of junctions on the Dundee - Stonehaven section and only a few have proper sliproad junctions. Most just have a junction and space for one car in the middle and there is no other option for people wanting to go east to west.

Commonly I see a blue MK2 RS driving like an absolute idiot around Aberdeen. I wonder if it is this guy.
There has been lots of accidents on the bypass so I can see this being really harshly dealt with.
