Buffering on Netflix

I get buffering watching Netflix , not all the time but a lot of the time , I also have Amazon Prime and never suffer buffering watching films on that , LG 4K TV , hardwired to router .......internet speed of 38 bps, I can watch Netflix on my laptop at the same time as its on TV and dont suffer buffering on laptop at all .
Has anyone else had this and found a fix that actually works ?

Had exactly the same probs on a Samsung smart TV.
A mate told me to unplug the TV for 5/10 mins.
It worked.
I had never unplugged the telly in probably 2 years.

Occasionally I need to power everything down, i.e router, Chromecast, phone (controlling Chromecast) and TV just to get it all to work together again!

Netflix was buffering the other day when watching Mindhunter. Checked our internet speed which was good, turned off tv for 5 minutes but no different. Was ok the next day, possibly atmospherics.
Has been ok since.
